Oh yeah. There are entire newspapers dedicated just to mugshots for sale at 7-11 down here. It’s pretty crazy.

One mystery solve... Now if you can explain why every news story that makes me embarrassed to admit I'm an American comes out of either Texas or California? Not NY, or MA, or LA, or MS. Or any other states that logically could cause such embarrassment, but always CA and TX?
